Welcome to the FluoroCycle website!

FluoroCycle is administered by Lighting Council Australia and is now open for business. To keep mercury out of our environment, businesses, governments and other organisations are encouraged to become Signatories to the FluoroCycle scheme and recycle all of their waste mercury-containing lamps. FluoroCycle will give them public recognition for their efforts.

Businesses, governments and other organisations that sign up to FluoroCycle by the end of October 2010 will be known as 'Foundation' Signatories in recognition of their early commitment.

New Fact Sheet on Recycling of Lamps

The FluoroCycle Administrator is now recruiting businesses, government agencies and organisations that purchase, use, collect or process lights that contain mercury - as well as those that promote FluoroCycle.
